I have discovered that life is a roller coaster and I'm learning to enjoy the ride! I am a married mom of 4. I work part-time outside of the home and, of course, more that full time as a wife and mother! I do classes from my craft room in the basement...which is why we call it the "Craft Cave."

Blue Sympathy

Today I'm starting to show all the cards I was able to submit for Catalog Creations! I didn't want to show any of these till the catalog release...

Sympathy cards seem to be the kind of card we always have to scramble to create. We need them, we just don't, as a general rule, like to make them. Perhaps that's why it took so long for TAC to come out with a really nice Sympathy set. It's always tough to know what to say at a time when a sympathy card is needed, but this set, With Sympathy, has a lot of options and lends itself to variety with endless combination possibilities. The phrases are varied enough to be able to use on the outside and inside of your cards.

The other thing I'd like to mention is that we were required to use 5 specific sketches for our catalog submissions. We also had to use specific stamp sets with specific paper selections. Other than that...we could let our imagination run WILD!! I'm really anxious to see how this concept played out in the new catalog, aren't you? If you can correctly guess which cards use the same sketch...it's worth a special prize at the Open House on Saturday, July 12!! OH!! One more thing...If you find one of my cards in the catalog that's worth another prize! See you there!!
